Two years ago, she launched National Uunifetapasta Day (Finnish for “oven-baked feta pasta”) with the aim of inspiring people to cook together baked feta pasta on that day. And last year, when the idea hit, “stores literally ran out of feta here,” says Hayrinen. Today. So, of course, this inspired us to re-imagine our own feta recipes and see how we can bring this classic savory cheese to life in new ways. different, but still delicious.
