Watch Leray respond to Erica Banks’ comment about Nicki Minaj collaborating with some rap girls: “Sometimes you can’t even put negative energy in”
The conversation about the two artists that Nicki Minaj decided to collaborate with continues to be a hot topic. As you know, Erica Banks recently ruffled her hair when she said she was hurt by being ignored by Nicki, while Nicki worked with other girls, she [Erica] I feel like I can’t rap. Watch Leray laughed while watching the video and recently TMZ Talk to Coi to talk more about the situation.
When asked about her thoughts on Erica’s statement, Coi said,
“You know, you have to let the b****es play in the back, you know what I’m saying? Like sometimes you can’t even cultivate negative energy, such as… at the end of the day, what you put into this earth will always come back to you. What you put into this world, will come back to you. So if that’s the energy she wants to give out, that’s the energy she’ll get. We all know garbage, just like that. “
Coi made it clear that Erica was definitely targeting her during her interview. She told TMZ, “Definitely a shot at me because we have a collaboration.”
When it comes to whether Coi thinks Erica might be jealous, she said,
“I think people are still learning, and as an artist, even myself, as an artist coming up, you go through a period of growth and you learn a lot. And I feel like she might be at that stage. You know, God will forgive, so in the future, you know she might look back at it and maybe want to be like, ‘you know what I wish I would look at things differently, I’m sorry, I want to do things differently. ‘ That’s what a real b**h h will do, not a b**h rap, a real b**h. Stage = Stage!”
However, Coi has made it clear that she doesn’t care about Erica, and when asked if she was mad, she said, “I don’t care about Erica Banks.”
As before reported, Coi retweeted a clip from Erica’s statement on the “Big Facts Podcast,” and laughed about it. The statement came after Coi and Nicki dropped their hit record “Blick, Blick,” from Coi’s new album “Trendsetter.”
First Erica expressed her frustration at not working with Nicki in March. After Baby Tate expressed similar sentiments, Erica agreed with her statement, and later made a video explaining that she was blocked on Instagram by Nicki for agreeing with Baby Tate.
