Watch dogs reunite with their owners after months apart

Leaving home as a soldier on deployment can be challenging. Not only do they leave behind everything they know, but they sometimes leave loved ones behind, such as their children or pets.

Although cats can adapt to life without owners, dogs are a different story. It doesn’t matter if their employer is gone for a day or a year, the moment their special someone leaves, they start to miss them.

Thankfully, the day to go home has finally come and the poodles are reunited with their owners. Sometimes those moments are captured on video and they are so sweet!

ONE videotapes shared by The Dodo shows a compilation of several bugs at home, each with a participating dog.

In the video, you can watch the pet reunite with its owner for the first time in months.

One of the dogs is a 13 year old golden retriever who hasn’t seen his owner in 6 months! She was there to greet her owner at the airport, and the older dog acted like she was a puppy again, attacking her owner with kisses and caresses.

Every moment is heartwarming, to say the least. It shows how far the relationship dogs share with humans have come. It doesn’t matter if we leave them for months, they are just happy to have us home when we return.
