Buffalo Bills star Von Miller is being sued for spreading pornographic images of his ex.
According to TMZ, the photos are from a 2020 relationship and the couple subsequently photographed the sexual act. After they split, the woman alleges Miller sent photos to two potential admirers in late 2020 “in a fit of jealousy, anger, and rage,” the lawsuit alleges.
The lawsuit claims each photo that Miller shares with “celebrity” comes with the message: “Is this (bleep) you want?”
Miller denies the allegations.
Joby Branion, Miller’s representative, stated: “These are allegations. Von did not do what he is being accused of. He continues to focus on his family and prepares for what he hopes will be a winning season. ”
The alleged victim’s attorney wrote: “This case is a cautionary tale for a young woman dating professional athletes like Miller who thinks the law doesn’t apply because of fame, money, and fame. power”.
“However, professional athletes are not exempt from the law, and Miller’s hostile, manipulative, and illegal actions cannot be ignored,” the lawsuit states.
