Is Boston Scott playing Week 13?

Scott skip training for a week for a non-COVID disease. At this point, it’s hard to speculate on his availability for Sunday’s game against the Jets, but if he’s active, he must start in this very favorable game.

Jet allows the most fantasy points per match to be RB, so if Scott is absent, Kenneth Gainwell will see enough touches to merit a versatile slot. Miles Sanders will be a frontier RB1 in a way, and if Scott plays, he will be a senior RB2.

Is David Johnson playing Week 13?

Johnson (thigh, illness) was unable to practice this week, though it’s not clear if that’s more due to disease or trauma to the thigh. If illness is to blame for his inactivity for the week, Johnson still has a good chance of taking on the Colts.

At this point, it’s hard to speculate on whether Johnson will play, but given the matching mix, the imaginary owners are better off not counting on him. Rex Burkhead splits time fairly evenly with Johnson anyway, so if Johnson is absent, Burkhead is a solid volume-based league in both the standard and PPR leagues. If Johnson is active, it will be difficult to start the comeback of either Texan.
