Vegan Chef Chrissy Tracey’s Orange Coconut French Toast


Christian “Chrissy” Tracey is a first generation Jamaican American of Cheshire, Connecticut. A lifelong vegetarian, she switched to a vegan diet in 2018. She’s passionate about sustainability and climate change issues, and believes in putting food on the ground. objects to the masses will help reduce our environmental footprint as a whole.

At the age of 27, she is a vegan chef for Bon Appétit . Magazine and runs a catering company called Vegan Vibes Meal Prep in Connecticut. As a business owner, she contributes her excess resources to provide low-income families with plant-based meals in New Haven County. Tracey is a Connecticut “30 Under 30” recipient.
