UPDATE (CBS46)— Kevin T. McCorvey, 34, has been recognized because the ambulance driver and he’s going through a slew of expenses for the lethal Friday night time crash in Fairburn.
In accordance with investigators, McCorvey was driving a non-emergency ambulance underneath the affect.
State troopers say McCorvey ran off the highway inflicting the ambulance to overturn in a ditch.
In accordance with officers, Wilton Thomason Jr., 66, the affected person, was not restrained within the again and died on the scene.
McCorvey was taken to the Fulton County Jail and charged with DUI, open container, and second-degree murder by car.
FAIRBURN, Ga. (CBS46) — Crews are working to clear a deadly crash involving an ambulance in Fairburn Friday night.
