With independent journalists unable to access the website, there is currently little that anyone can do to verify the claims. Ukraine says it has a mountain of evidence, including an intercepted radio conversation between Russian-backed separatists in which they talk about a series of explosions deliberately set up by rebels. Other Ukrainian sources blamed mercenaries belonging to Russia’s Wagner group.
