The Model 6.0 international common decrease tropospheric temperature (LT) anomaly for September, 2021 was +0.25 deg. C, up from the August, 2021 worth of +0.17 deg. C.
REMINDER: We have now modified the 30-year averaging interval from which we compute anomalies to 1991-2020, from the previous interval 1981-2010. This modification doesn’t have an effect on the temperature traits.
The linear warming development since January, 1979 is +0.14 C/decade (+0.12 C/decade over the global-averaged oceans, and +0.18 C/decade over global-averaged land).
