However, that is a completely different story. So what is the new toolkit? Well, it’s a 1.466 . piece Lego Technics model reproduce GT in 1:12 ratio.
It’s an incredibly detailed model that even has independent four-corner suspension and a moving replica of the 3.5-liter Ecoboost V6 you’ll find in a real car.
Unlike the real car, this one is just 15 inches long and 3.5 inches tall and can be yours for as little as $119.99. But don’t let those differences put you off, because it also comes with actual flourishes such as front-axle steering, moving spoiler, hood and opening and closing doors.
The best part about this whole set? You don’t have to go through the usual lottery and wait comes with getting a real Ford GT, you can pop out and buy now. And, since Ford has slashed GT production with just one final race car just for the track, this is the only way you can get your hands on its flagship supercar.
This isn’t the only Ford GT set powered by Lego. It follows a much smaller pattern that Recreate Ford’s Le Mans racer from 2016 along with the original from the 1960s.
The new kit was announced for the first time among many other Lego car kits. Other new additions to the range include a model of the Bugatti Bolide and another one that recreates NASCAR Next-generation Camaro classic car.
