If you are looking for a new job this year, you can start looking in these cities.

Earlier this month, job site Glassdoor released 100 best places to work in 2022 ranking, noting the municipalities with the most companies represented on the list.

Companies with headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco and San Jose) dominated Glassdoor’s rankings, taking 30 spots. Other top municipalities include New York, Boston and Los Angeles. In reviews, people praise companies in these cities for their flexible working environments, robust benefits packages, and access to senior leadership, among other perks.

For the report, Glassdoor searched millions of employee reviews and company insights submitted between October 2020 and October 2021. The researchers focused on companies with few 1,000 employees and 75 reviews, rating each organization on a 5-point scale in terms of career opportunities, compensation, culture, and other factors.

Christian Sutherland-Wong, CEO of Glassdoor, said: “A lot of these supermarkets are places where tech companies have done very well. It’s important to note that although employers call these cities “home,” some of the companies on Glassdoor’s list include: Google, LinkedIn and Zillow are allowing employees to continue working remotely amid the ongoing pandemic.
