Backcountry Discovery Routes is a nonprofit advocacy organization that creates off-highway routes for motorsports and adventure tours. Beginning in 2010, BDR created 11 routes, many of which are South-to-North routes covering individual states in the West, along with two multi-state routes in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
