From the end of February 2022, Bandai will start selling Animal Crossing: New Horizons snowballs (or water balls) as capsule toy prizes. It will cost 300 JPY (about $2.60) per spin. In total, there are six varieties to collect. These capsule toys will require you to assemble them before they can be displayed. [Thanks, Hobby Watch!]
Detailed instructions on how to put the water sphere together will come with the capsule. It just requires placing the sphere on the holder, then pouring water inside. In addition to the main locations, these snowballs focus on the four seasons. These toys are microcosm of the players’ daily lives on their island. Each water ball also has various images of the villagers. For example, Beau tops the spring, while Goldie is the featured villager of the winter.
Earlier in February 2022, Nintendo announced that Animal Crossing: New Horizons is from Japan best selling video game. This means it has sold more units even than the original Super Mario Bros during its two years. Outside of the game, there are a lot of goods. For example, Bandai Spirits always cooperate with it to Ichiban Kujiand Nintendo usually releases plushes of the villagers.
The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Snowball toy prizes will appear in gacha machines in Japan starting late February 2022.
