Around 2016, I remember ’90s fashion was at its peak, and everyone wore a velvet necklace around their neck at every social gathering I attended as a college student. . After that, this trend was gone for a while, but it is back and better than ever in 2022. Fashion designers have moved away from the velvet approach and are now using it. bold metals, pearls and ornaments to make chokers feel very relevant right now.
