The best moments, scenes and more
Major League Baseball will return to heaven tonight. Or is it Iowa?
The Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds will meet at a ballpark next to the filming location of the iconic 1989 movie “Field of Dreams,” where Ray Kinsella (played by Kevin Costner) built a baseball field in the middle of his cornfield. he followed the direction of a mysterious voice speaking to him. , “If you build it, they’ll come.”
Costner appeared at last year’s inaugural game, where he led the members of Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees out of the corn and into the fields.
The 2021 game is a constant problem, with Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton went deep into the ninth inning that spanned four rounds to put the Yankees ahead one by one. However, that joy was short-lived as the White Sox shortened Tim Anderson back home into the dark cornfields for a two-round walk.
This year’s release is full of highlights, and we’ll be there every step of the way to document one of MLB’s most exciting new innovations. Follow us right here.
