Fortunately, most of the time, this attribute stands out and is to be proud of whether you’re shopping online or in-store. But if you can’t tell, you’ll want to make sure it’s not tested on animals first. And then see if the fragrance uses any animal-derived products (like honey, beeswax, ambergris, civet, and musk). However, many of these have vegan counterparts, so you don’t have to worry about missing those notes or ingredients.
