Massage gun, also Known as a percussion therapy device, it relaxes and soothes sore muscles, whether you’re an athlete or just sitting hunched over at your desk all day. Theraguns (made by Therabody) tend to be the best massage guns. We tested to find the best Theraguns, as well as some of the more affordable alternatives out there. Our favorites are below, along with what we learned from speaking with a physical therapist and sports coach to see exactly what these devices are doing.
