At least 37 people have been killed in an attack at a childcare center in northeastern Thailand.
Witnesses who said they saw the attacker approaching the center spoke to Reuters news agency.
One woman said she thought he came to pick up her child, “because he (is) the parent of one of the children” at the centre.
