Taysom Hill’s mother, Natalie, said NOLA.com that there is “a bad story” behind Taysom’s name. As she explains, she got it from the name of a now-defunct Taysom construction company in their hometown of Pocatello, Idaho.
“We’ve been hearing that a lot,” Hill said. “It’s different and no one else has named it.”
Why is “Taysom” the name of that company? Apparently, that was the last name of the company’s founders, but Hills liked it enough to choose it as their son’s name.
