The Twilight actor took to Instagram to share the candy and particular information that he proposed to his longtime girlfriend and registered nurse, Tay Dome.

Alongside together with his announcement, the 29-year-old star posted behind-the-scenes photographs of the second he popped the massive query. In a single picture, Tay appeared emotional along with her fingers positioned over her mouth whereas Taylor was down on one knee. The opposite image captured an intimate second between the 2, which confirmed Tay wrapping her fingers across the actor’s face.
The backdrop appeared straight out of a fairytale, as bouquets of purple roses and dimly lit candles have been positioned alongside them. Furthermore, purple petals have been sprinkled on the ground.
