Suzuki Swift Sport 2025 will have a 1.4T 4-cylinder mild hybrid engine; capacity 150 PS/240 Nm, 6-speed manual and automatic transmission, weight 960 kg

The engine is claimed to produce 150 PS and 240 Nm of power and torque, with another 15 PS and 59 Nm contributed by the electric drive motor, according to Best car websitesaid the engine will be carried over from the old model, although it has been greatly improved.

The Japanese magazine also confirmed that the upcoming Swift Sport will continue to be offered with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission option, use front-wheel drive and have a curb weight of 960 kg.

In terms of exterior dimensions, the publication claims that the upcoming Swift Sport will measure 3,990 mm long, 1,750 mm wide, and 1,500 mm tall with a 2,450 mm wheelbase; the fourth-generation Suzuki Swift Concept measures 3,860 mm long, 1,695 mm wide, and 1,500 mm tall with a 2,450 mm wheelbase.

Expected to launch later this year or early next year, the performance hatchback is estimated to be priced between 2.3 million to 2.5 million yen (RM70,000 to RM76,000) in Japan.
