Fans arriving for Belmont Stakes day, June 8, will be greeted by mild temperatures at Saratoga Race Course. As of 9 a.m. ET, the main track was stable and all racing was on grass after a mix of sun and rain on June 7. Skies were mostly overcast, although occasional Occasionally the sun comes out.
The National Weather Service forecasts a 30% chance of scattered showers on Saturday, with the greatest chance before 1 p.m. ET. Rainfall, if any, is expected to be less than one-tenth of an inch. Cool conditions are expected.
