If I could give a budding landscape photographer one piece of advice, it’s not to marry a wide-angle lens. Of course, wide-angle lenses have their place in this category, but sometimes they get used to excluding other focal lengths and oftentimes you can create abstract, simple and/or more attractive by using a longer lens.
