The client spent three nights at the Tan Hill Inn, Britain’s tallest pub, after it was snowed by Storm Arwen.
Initially, guests came to the pub to watch the Oasis tribute band when heavy snow and downed power cables rendered nearby roads unusable.
Pub manager Nicola Townsend spoke to BBC Breakfast about how guests came in and helped.
