Sabrina Parr shared a post celebrating her farewell to Lamar Odom and promoting her book.
“A year ago, today, I officially left my former fiancé. I didn’t tell a soul (not even him); I just walked away! I know the more I go on talking about the unhappiness. happiness, the more comfortable I feel being in it,” she wrote.
“We’re less than a year away from getting married. I’m scared, hurt, and unsure of the outcome, but I know if I stay, I’ll never be free,” she continued.
Sabrina later talked about working in a job she hated and was broke. She also alleges that her ex-husband was abusive.
“In my life, I had to leave a lot of things and people to find my peace. Leaving my ex is one of the hardest things I have to do. In this book, you will learn about the truth in that situation. You will learn about many of the problems in my life that I had to let go of. You will hear about how holding someone else’s hand suffocated me. !”
