The new 2025 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is a modern open-top motorcycle powered by a liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, which is also available on the updated Royal Enfield Himalayan.

The Guerrilla 450 will be available in India and Europe as early as August 2024, but the North American market will have to wait until next year to see these bikes at Royal Enfield dealerships.
Guerrilla 450, a competitor of Triumph Speed 400 2024The Himalayan shares the 452cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder Sherpa engine, but with different tuning. The engine makes 39 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and 30 lb-ft of torque at 5,500 rpm, and Royal Enfield claims that 85 percent of the torque is available starting at 3,000 rpm. It also has a six-speed gearbox and an assist/slipper clutch.
The Guerrilla’s twin-tube steel frame uses the engine as a stressed member. Suspension is provided by Showa, with a non-adjustable 43mm front fork with 5.5 inches of travel and a preload-adjustable link monoshock with 5.9 inches of travel. Brakes are by Bybre, with 310mm discs and 2-piston calipers up front and 270mm discs with 1-piston calipers at the rear. The Guerrilla also comes with dual-channel ABS as standard.
The bike has a relatively short seat height of 30.7 inches and a claimed wet weight of 405 pounds with 90 percent fuel in the 2.9-gallon tank. The seating position is upright with mid-set footpegs. Two riding modes alter the throttle response, with Performance mode offering a more aggressive ride than Eco.
The Guerrilla 450 will be available in three trims: Analogue, Dash and Flash. The Analogue is the only one of the three to feature an analogue speedometer with an integrated LCD display, which is paired with a Tripper navigation device. On the Dash and Flash trims, the 4-inch TFT instrument cluster connects to the rider’s smartphone via the RE App to display navigation information, music controls, weather forecasts and vehicle information. The console also features a route recorder, and riders can export their recorded routes as GPX files.
The styling is stripped down, with paintwork limited to the fenders, tank, and small side panels. Block-section tubeless tires (120/70-R17 front, 160/60-R17 rear) wrap around cast wheels, and the fork tubes feature accordion-style bushings. The Guerrilla has a round headlight, a short exhaust on the right side, and a well-padded two-person seat.
The Analogue will be available in Smoke Silver in North America. The Dash will be available in Playa Black with red and gold accents or Gold Dip with a red and gold split tank. The Flash will be available in Yellow Ribbon – a yellow and black color scheme on a purple dotted tank – or Brava Blue with blue and white.
Royal Enfield has also developed an accessories line for the new Guerrilla, including engine and sump guards, a comfort seat, tinted windshield, black mirrors, bar-end mirrors, and luggage options. The Guerrilla 450 also has its own apparel line, including T-shirts, caps, and more, like the new Crossroader riding jacket with titanium sliders.
