While many viewers commented on the TV star’s very different look, some critics said that she looked better before the surgery.
One person commented: “Too much plastic surgery. It looks too processed”.
Another added: “She’s so pretty with makeup. Why? And why did her parents allow her to go bare-faced? So sad.”
A third user posted: “She went from six with a 14 year old face to 40 so quickly.”
Gia admitted to getting her nose done in June 2020 and said she had “never been happier”.
