The white bands take the form of transparent bands. Brush your teeth before wearing and moisten them directly before applying them to ensure they adhere easily. Also, make sure your hands are completely dry before applying. (I’ve made this mistake before, don’t be like me.) Once you put them on, they stay in place as they work their magic and start to fade away.
They dissolve in your mouth in about 15 minutes and you don’t have to worry about anything else – they’re made of edible, water-soluble polymers (pectin is one of the ingredients), so You don’t have to worry about accidental swallowing like you do with regular whitening strips. For best results, try to avoid rinsing, drinking, or eating directly after they’ve dissolved, but there’s no quick and easy rule against this. You can use them daily for a full week of treatment or use them whenever you feel your teeth need to be redone.
