Many unfriendly or aggressive shelter cats can turn out to be rather more sociable with people – and therefore extra adoptable – if simply given time.

Not like canines, which might develop problematic behaviours and seem much less sociable as they spend extra time in animal shelters, cats are inclined to turn out to be friendlier the longer they keep.
