World record for running speed any % of Breath of the Wild has a new owner: Koroks! No.
Beat Player5’s previous world record was only 5 seconds, Koroks’ run has many of the same tricks as the run that’s currently runner-up. For starters, both play in French, which is clearly the best language for skimming through cutscenes and dialogue, and it looks like they both do everything in the same order: Gather bomb, magnesis, stasis, and cryonis powers before grabbing the paraglider, making your way to the castle, battling the lights, and then defeating Ganon and the Dark Monster.
Koroks just left a comment about the world record run:
“Really good. Spotlights could be better.”
So obviously, there’s still room for improvement. We eagerly await a run in under 24 minutes.
