According to the GWM website, prices for petrol Tank 300 models have increased by $1000, with the price now being $47,990 drive away.
No other changes appear on GWM’s website.
However, as part of the end-of-fiscal year deal, GWM is offering a $2000 discount on hybrid models. This promotion ends June 30.
This puts the top price for the Ultra Hybrid at $58,990 drive-away, instead of the usual $60,990 drive-away.
GWM had sold 1,811 Tank 300s by the end of May.
It’s less likely to compete directly – it doesn’t have a third row of seats like that Mahindra Scorpio and offers more safety equipment, while being smaller than similar devices Ford Everest and the price is more affordable in comparison Jeep Wrangler.
Sales are strong and it is currently outselling other larger SUVs such as Hyundai Palisade, LDV D90And Toyota Fortuner.

The 2024 GWM Tank 300 comes with a 7-year, unlimited km warranty and 5 years of roadside assistance.
After the first maintenance at 12 months or 10,000 km, maintenance is required every 12 months or 15,000 km, whichever comes first.
