Zendaya And Timothée Chalamet are getting us super excited about the release of a “Dune” sequel, especially since it means we’ll get more glimpses of their friendship. On April 25, the two reunited to promote the upcoming film at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. Then, just over a month later, the pair met as friends to attend the birthday party of Darnell Appling, Zendaya’s assistant. On November 16, 2022, in an interview with Variety centered on his cannibal drama “Bones and All”, Chalamet provided us with a door to their relationship, also as hints of what we might see in the sequel to the Dune fantasy series, which opens in November.
“I am so grateful to consider her as a partner, a sister and a friend,” Chalamet said of Zendaya, saying that “Happiness” the star has “really become a sister” to him. This is not the first time Chalamet has praised Zendaya. In an October 2021 interview with People, Chalamet said Zendaya was “like a breath of fresh air” and added that “she has an amazing energy.” Zendaya repeated her feelings. “I’m so grateful for this experience to have had with this guy because he’s so talented but also such a nice person,” she said at the time. “We were able to have fun and become great friends.”
