Ocean Geography is currently calling for entries into this year’s edition of OG Photo Contest of the Year (PICOTY). As usual, there are great rides, equipment and cash prizes to be won, and a prestigious jury that includes David Doubilet, Stephen Frink, Sylvia Earle, Doug Perrine, Pascal Lecocq and Valerie Taylor.
The contest is already in its 10th year, inviting contributions to 17 categories: Animal portraits, Fish behavior, Animal behavior, Black and white prints, Color prints, Reefs of the world, Visions Creative, Small Exotic Animals, People and Oceans, Open Water (Pelagic Zone), Black & Blue Water Discovery, Emerging Photographer of the Year, Music & Image, OG Master Portfolio , Emerging Ocean Geography Journalist, Conservation Image of the Year and Sea Vision Film.
The entry fee is $50, allowing you to submit up to 20 images, but you can take advantage of the Early Bird Special Offer and import 10 more images for free if you sign up by January 31.
