Starting with his art, Offset claims that he is “focused entirely on [his] solo career.” In addition, he confidently declared, “This is my time.”

“The goal is to do it completely and break the game as a solo artist. I’m going through, bustin’ through the door. All set, my next chapter. This is my time.”

Offset notes that patience has been crucial in his journey from being at Migos to focusing on his solo prospects. After all, success is a marathon, not a race.

“Sometimes you have to sit back and not rush. I really want to drop the album like I did two years ago, but it’s not the right time yet.”

Regarding this development, he said, “I had to take control of who I was, and now I understand that.”

In a statement to the publication, a Capitol Music Group spokesperson discussed how Offset has a “phenomenal” album in development.

“Offset made an extraordinary album; We can’t wait until the world hears his masterpiece.”

“It’s hard for me to talk about s**t right now. I never talked about these things. Serious. It’s hard to talk about Take, man.”

He went on to talk about the trauma before revealing that the situation almost “felt fake”.

“Talk about all this is hard. That’s why I don’t, to be honest. That was painful. Like, it gets me in the mood, and I don’t want to be in that mood. Some things I never tell anyone. He is not here. That’s fake, man.

Before closing, Offset stated, “I went through the day thinking it was fake. And I didn’t tell anyone about it.”
