Users can delete Google browser history on phones with simple and easy tips.
In a new development, users can now delete Google browser history on phones as short as the last 15 minutes. Google has rolled out a new feature to its Android app that allows users to easily clear their Google search history for the past 15 minutes. The feature was first spotted by former XDA Developers editor-in-chief Mishaal Rahmaan and then the tech giant itself confirmed the launch of a ‘quick delete’ option on the Google app for Android. This feature is available on Google’s updated Android app. To access this feature, you will have to download an updated app. Users will only have to open Google’s Android app, tap on their profile picture, and look for the “Delete Last 15 Minutes” option. On tapping on the selected option, one can easily clear the most recent search history with a few taps.
Before, it was only available for iOS, however, now it has been rolled out to Android as well. Moreover, deleting the last 15 minutes of Search History is not the only feature that Google android provides to users, it also automatically deletes all user’s search history after three months, 18 months and after 36 months.
