I had no experience, nor did my correspondent ever. I did not know that this was done.
At a certain Gothic legislative building on the banks of the Thames yesterday, I discussed the matter in the Committee Corridor with one or two of my Noble friends and suggested to them that the HM Government should ban Legislation requires all market-dominating internet platforms to publicly disclose their moderation practices and, in particular, to notify any content creators on their platforms when their content they are censored (whether visible or invisible) and state the alleged reason for the censorship, if any.

UK law recognizes only two principles of natural justice: Audiatur et altera pars (listen to both sides) and nemo sitting iudex in causa sua (don’t be judgmental for your own reasons). Technologists are now disregarding both of these principles. By not letting content creators know why they were censored (and now not even telling them that they’re being censored), they embody the first rule. By acting as judges, juries and executioners involved in their own decisions rather than using an independent arbitrator, they bypass the second.
Two principles of natural justice are not recognized in authoritarian states. The explosion of technology, by diving into those principles, unambiguously reveals the extent to which they are being prime beneficiaries of the scam by authoritarian regimes – such as Russia and China. is warming globally.
