Nicki Minaj’s Attorney Complaints “Supporting Sexual Offenders”

Nicki Minaj’s legal team will do whatever it takes! According to Complex, Nicki’s attorney responded to a request from Jennifer Hough’s attorney. The statement argues that Nicki has a “reputation for aiding sex offenders.” However, Nicki’s attorney Judd Burstein denied those claims.

New York court documents dated April 11 show that Judd first filed a statement supporting a multiple-reason-related sanctions motion against Tyrone Blackburn, who represented Jennifer. If you recall, Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty, was found guilty of attempted first degree rape in 1995. It is no secret that Jennifer spoke out about the arrest and asserted that Kenneth sexually assaulted her. sexually abused her and accused him of harassing her in what she called a campaign silence.

In response to Judd’s statement, Tyrone issued a statement protesting what he described as a “ridiculous” move towards sanctions. In that response, Tyrone mentioned Nicki’s brother, Jelani. He was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison in 2020 following a 2017 conviction for predatory sexual assault and child endangerment.

Court documents state, “Based on information and belief, [Nicki Minaj] Tyrone said.

He also brought up Kenneth’s arrest in 2020 for not registering as a sex offender in California. The accusations don’t end there. Tyrone also accused Nicki of “staging a public relations campaign that attempted to discredit the 11-year-old female victim” in her brother’s case, among other things.

Nicki’s attorney had a lengthy response by first citing the 1954 Army-McCarthy hearings, then arguing that Tyrone had now engaged in “additional faithless conduct.” This is a claim he describes as “a baseless and disgusting attack” against Nicki. Judd writes, “Faced with the claim that he should be punished for his… completely unrelated accusations – made without any substantiated support – that it [Minaj] belong to a gang of street killers”.

Judd continued, “One can expect Mr Blackburn to limit his response to explain why the allegation is appropriate or at least made in good faith. He didn’t do that either. Instead, he did something much worse: he now outrageously alleges that [Minaj] Advocates for the sexual abuse of children. ”

Finally, the Queen’s attorney said the latest action from Jennifer’s attorney was “another example” of a strategy he claimed was aimed at harassing Minaj and damaging her reputation. “Mr. Blackburn certainly included this outrageous accusation knowing that the media would likely cover the lie, thereby creating a reputation that he had no basis for immediately. from scratch,” he added.
