There are two major updates for Pokemon Unite. Each will compete in their own way. First, Timi Studio is working on a Pokemon Unite competition mode. Additionally, the game will be among the games at the 2022 Pokemon World Championship. Produced by Masaaki Hoshino discuss both in a new update.
First, there are some details on how Pokemon Unite Tournament mode will work. However, it is designed to be a more “fair” experience. Hoshino notes that it will “even be the playing field for competitors, regardless of their held category.” There is no release date for it yet.
However, we do know when the 2022 Pokemon World Championship will be held. Those things will happen in London in August 2022. Pokemon Unite Players throughout the year will be able to put their team through a competitive season for a chance to make it to the finals. There will also be a Pokemon GO Series of Championships, Pokken DX . Tournament, and Pokemon Trading Card Game all will be there.
Finally, more languages will be available in 2022. Portuguese, Hindi, Russian, Thai and Turkish were confirmed in the announcement.
