But first, let me give you some behind-the-scenes insight into the making of Saga of Sins.

Thus, the idea of a new sub-genre was born: plot-arcade!
Combines a meaningful story of inner conflict, twist, and multiple endings with rewarding arcade-style gameplay. New RPG, secrets, collectibles, and progression elements round out the experience, brought to life through a stained glass art style that matches the game’s setting. A game inspired by the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch (1450 -1516) that I have loved since childhood.
So here it is: In the Saga of Sins, you play as the righteous cleric Cecil, who can enter people’s minds by transforming into four unique demonic creatures like a howling werewolf or a gargoyle. ferocious – to fight the seven deadly sins and set him free. The village was infected with the Sinwell plague.
Each creature has its own skills and shooting patterns that can be upgraded, and once unlocked you can switch between them on the fly. The common thread for all is the devastating Power Dash.

This ancient demon symbolizes loyalty and trust but is even more uncompromising when it comes to detecting sinners with its sharp eyes. If it weren’t for this evil creature’s appetite for human liver, our humble hero Cecil wouldn’t even feel bad about having to transform into it while entering the minds of 31 Sinwell villagers.
Sinful Minds are action levels and boss battles themed after one of the seven deadly sins such as Wrath, Laziness, Envy, Lust, Greed, Pride or Gluttony.
Innocent minds, on the other hand, offer a variety of puzzles, quizzes or tests of skill to spice up the whole experience. Enter the villagers’ minds and be amazed at what you can find! We can even turn things up a bit…
Griffin’s weapon is a spreading shot that can be upgraded – like Gargoyle’s fire breath or Werewolf’s three-shot – by donating gold to Madonna statues that can be found around Sinwell, possibly say is the HUB area of the game.
The spread shot can be boosted from two to up to four bullets at a time, making Griffin super powerful in combat. So make sure to loot multiple treasure chests – seven per level and some of them well hidden – and do your Power Dash on multiple enemies at once, as this will cause them to drop out double the gold!
However, the biggest advantage comes from Griffin’s powerful wall-hanging ability. Only he can climb special walls covered with vines to reach new heights, uncover secrets or defeat enemies.
Of course, every demonic creature has its unique ability. Werewolf Revelation Howl can shatter cracked glass to uncover hidden chests, and Gargoyle’s Flame Breath can burn certain objects to clear a path or solve puzzles.
A cleric enters people’s minds in the form of a demonic creature. Does this sound modest?
Is Cecil doing the right thing or is he just following orders as he did during the Crusades when he left his village? Doubt arose. However, more and more disturbing things started to happen. Did Cecil simply lose faith… or even his mind?
