The staff for sailor moon universe announced a second trio of voice actors to appear in the film. All of them are famous and highly productive actresses. They are Megumi Hayashibara, Nana Mizuki and Kotono Mitsuishi. [Thanks, Comic Natalie!]

- Galactic Sailor: Megumi Hayashibara (Rei in Neon Genesis MissionJessie/Musashi in Pokemon)
- Princess Kakyu: Nana Mizuki (Hinata in narutoAnn Takamaki in character 5)
- Chibi-Chibi: Kotono Mitsuishi (Sailor Moon in Sailor MoonPeko Peyama in Super Danganronpa 2)
The three of them will be joining Marina Inoue, Saori Hayami and Ayane Sakura. They are the voices of Sailor Starlight, who have come to Earth in search of Princess Kakyu. Not only did Mitsuishi voice Sailor Moon or Usagi Tsukino, but she also voiced Chibi-Chibi in the original 1990s anime for this arc.
