NBA All-Star 2022 Voting Results: Full list of starters, substitutes for Eastern and Western Conference rosters
The fan vote has ended. The media and player votes have been submitted. It’s time to reveal the NBA All-Stars 2022.
This year’s All-Star game, which takes place at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, will feature a few familiar faces. LeBron James and Kevin Durant will once again be the All-Star captains after finishing with the most fan votes in their respective conferences. Former MVPs Giannis Antetokounmpo and Stephen Curry were named All-Star starters, hardly surprising given their worldwide fame.
However, there will also be some rising stars participating in the festival. Trae Young earned her second All-Star finish after failing to make it past the previous season, and Ja Morant was named an All-Star for the first time in his career.
Who else will secure a position? Who will be shunned? Here are all the details ahead of the All-Star weekend.

How does the NBA All-Star voting process work?
Fan votes make up 50 percent of the total vote to determine the starters for the NBA All-Star Game. Existing players and media members split the remaining 50 percent. Each vote consists of two guards and three frontline players from each conference. Subs are selected by the NBA head coaches, and league commissioner Adam Silver selects injury replacements if necessary.
The All-Star captains will then select their team from the pool of qualified players (starting in round one, subs in round two). Captains will be chosen based on which player earns the most fan votes in each conference. They are not required to draft based on relationship or conference location.
