Mother questioned after death of 3 children found on Brooklyn beach
The three children died after being found unconscious on the beach on Coney Island on Monday morning and their mother is being questioned, according to police officials.

“The search is now intensifying,” Sheriff Corey said at the news conference.
Officers began searching for the children by air, by sea and along the coast, he said.
At around 4:40 a.m., officers found three unresponsive children on the beach at West 35th Street, on Coney Island, about two miles from where they found their mother. Officers began performing CPR.
The children were taken to Coney Island Hospital, where they are presumed dead.
