Lil Mosey banned from past sexual encounters w/ His alleged rape victim in court
The judge presiding over the Lil Mosey rape case denied a request from Mosey’s defense team to use previous sexual relationships the rapper and the victim had in the case.
According to the victim, she went to a party to meet the rapper and got drunk. She said she got into a car with him, where he “pulled his pants down.” She said she agreed to have sex but she later denied it. She then woke up to the rapper and his friend sexually assaulting her.
In December, he claimed to have had consensual sex with the victim twice. Lil Once at a New Year’s party, and then again in a car. He said the second happened on the same night of the alleged rape, which she alleges happened later in a cabin.
Mosey pledged not to commit a crime with the sentence, the maximum sentence being life in prison and up to $50,000 in fines. He also received a protective order before going to trial for the sexual assault case. He was not allowed to be within 500 feet of the victim. He must remain sober and not in possession of a gun.
