Kingdom Eighties: Summer of Greed is the latest entry in Kingdom micro-strategy series. Teasing last yearpublisher Raw Fury has now revealed that the game will be coming to consoles — including the Switch — sometime in 2023.
Developed by Fury Studios, Kingdom Eighties is a little different from other games in the Kingdom series. With a neon eighties vibe and vintage aesthetic, complete with catchy synth tunes, Kingdom Eighties is an indie title and a love letter to summer camp, a Saturday morning cartoon. and the best movies of the decade.
As the Leader, a camp counselor, you need to protect your friends and family from the Greed, a race of mysterious creatures pursuing the Crown of Creation. New Friends (units) like Champ, Tinkerer and Wiz are all inspired by characters and fables from 80s movies and TV.

Kingdom of the Eighties is a love letter to the nostalgic days of summer camp, cycling and sitting in pajamas on a Saturday morning in front of the TV. You play as the Leader, a young camp counselor who must protect the town from the relentless attacks of the mysterious Greed. Neighborhood kids will be by your side, and you’ll also find some new friends along the way: Champions, Welders, and Mages will lend you their skills and support in battle .
