Keyshia Cole shared that her father passed away from Covid-19.
“Unfortunately, my dad didn’t get over his complications, due to covid-19. So here we are,” she wrote in the Instagram post.
“He’s the whole reason my last name is COLE. The only dad I know, he’s done an amazing job here on earth!!!!! he’s not my biological father) to keep a stable foundation and be our home the whole time we grow up!!!! Working for @rideact for over 30 years,” she said.
Keyshia shares pictures of herself and her late father.
“My childhood was filled with 40L and 52L rides with my father!!! I loved taking the bus until I was 18. He was a very wise man.”
Several months ago, Keyshia’s mother, Frankie Lons, passed away from an accidental drug overdose. In October, the Alameda County Coroner’s Office officially ruled Farrankie’s cause of death was multiple drug intoxication.
