Keto Sandwich Roll with Sauce – Two Ways!
Looking for a good, bread-free keto sandwich option? Look no further than these low-carb, grain- and cheese-free meat rolls. Who needs bread or a tortilla when you have all this deliciousness? After all, the best part of bread is not the bread itself. It’s what’s on the inside that really matters.
And these keto rolls aren’t your usual lettuce wraps! No, these have a crispy cheese on the outside with a savory filling that pairs perfectly with some of our favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy them warm for an easy work-from-home lunch or an after-school snack. Chilled, they’re great for lunch boxes or going on the trail. Sandwich rolls are a great addition to the trail mix when you’re hiking. Toss them in an insulated lunch bag with a light ice pack, and you’re good to go.
This recipe recommends making them in the oven, but a toaster oven will also work. Use the ideas below as inspiration to create your own meats, cheeses, and sauces!

Advice
- Look closely at the cheese slices. If baked in the oven for too long, they run the risk of burning or becoming too mushy to shape properly.
- Try any other combination of cheeses, fillings and sauces you like!
