Jurassic World Tamagotchi will appear in Japan in July
Jurassic World Dominionnext movie in Jurassic Park series, will premiere on June 10, 2022. Just over a month later, Japan will have a Jurassic World Tamagotchi as an attached item. Bandai announced it will start selling two Tamagotchi nanomodels based on the series on July 29, 2022. Dinosaur Amber and Dinosaur Egg versions will each cost 円2,530 (~$20).
The official website provide some details on how Jurassic World Tamagotchi will work. There can be two baby dinosaurs that you can start with. Each species has different possible final dinosaurs that they can evolve into as they grow. There will be 26 choices in total. Preliminary art shows evolutionary options such as Ankylosaurus, Baryonyx, Carnotaurus, Dimetrodon, Indominus Rex, Pteranodon, Pyroraptor, Spinosaurus, T-Rex, and Triceratops. Players are tasked with feeding them, cleaning up afterwards, and playing three mini-games with them. The three games are What Game?, which involves choosing an egg with a baby dinosaur on it, Escape, which sees a runner from the T-Rex and catches fish in Catch Food.

The Jurassic World The Tamagotchi models will arrive in Japan on July 29, 2022. Bandai has yet to announce a North American release. However, other themed Tamagotchi nanos, like Evangelion and Star Wars R2D2 pcsfinally appeared in North America.
