Lembeh Strait is home to the world’s best scuba diving and amazing coral reefs just a short boat ride away. Divers love us, and guests receive quality service from photography-trained dive guides, diverse experiences and luxurious accommodations. Our Photo Center has expanded to include extensive display and storage areas, a work bench area, office space and a classroom for teaching courses. On top of that, we’ve cemented our agreements with Backscatter, thus becoming the first Backscatter Authorized Photo Center. We anticipate the ever-changing dynamics of our industry and are looking for a qualified Photo Center Manager to help move us forward.
Since 2002, Lembeh Resort has been on an exciting path of improvement and development. Our Photo Center opened in 2010 and we used four different Photo Pro, each with a unique performance style. Our previous Photo Pro is only left due to the Covid pandemic and travel restrictions. The Imaging Center commends our in-house Marine Biologists and relentless pursuit of excellence at the resort. We hold our annual Capturing Critters workshop and countless photo and film teams trust us to deliver value. Backscatter, BBC, ABC, Wetpixel, DPG, NatGeo and many more companies continue to support Lembeh Resort.
Underwater photographers who are passionate about shooting, teaching and have a knack for managing photo centers will do this like a fish meets water. This is not a 9–5 job; Flexibility is essential. Monthly salary and commission, accommodation and all meals including beverage allowance are part of the employment package. Work visas, holiday periods and relocation budgets will be included. Perhaps equally exciting are our partnerships with some of the top companies and figures in the industry.
