“Plaintiff attempted to raise five monkeys,” the lawsuit states, “but the animal aggressively bit his arm and caused injury. Thomas refused to provide vaccination records for her monkey and then falsely claimed on social media that the plaintiff did not have permission to be on the property and then said that her friend on the Bobby Bones Show gave a false version of events.”

“CC was forced to pry the monkey’s jaws out by hand”, the lawsuit states, obtained by ESPN, declare. “There was so much blood that CC couldn’t see the entire wound.”

When first reported incident, Thomas defended his monkey on Twitter and sided with her over the incident. She believes that the child is not allowed in the backyard and she didn’t know anything about the bite until a neighbor doctor told her they had treated the wound. Thomas also claims that the monkey, a caper named Gia, has all of her pictures and that it is a support animal. Thomas’ tweets detailing those claims have since been deleted.

Thomas also shared a video, which has also been deleted, saying the child broke into her backyard and headed straight for the animal’s cage. Thomas deleted her Twitter account.

“I don’t even play when it comes to my animals,” says Thomas. And I know all the legal rules about them. ‘Do not enter, emotional support animals, do not touch.’ How can she (the monkey) viciously bite someone if they don’t stick their hand out where it doesn’t belong? This is her home, and her only home. ”

Thomas is an exotic dancer whose professional name is Pole Assassin. The monkey is clearly featured in some of Thomas’ habits and has Instagram account.

Banks, who just finished his first season at Texas as an assistant head coach, head coach and special teams coordinator, has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
