Jana Duggar, a former student of “19 Kids and Counting” was charged with endangering the welfare of a child in September.
Jana is reported to have pleaded not guilty and she is due to appear in court on January 10. The offense can be classified as a “category A or B misdemeanor” and can lead to some jail time for Jana. or she could get a Big Fine.
The news broke a few days after her brother, Josh Duggar, was convicted of child pornography.
Josh was convicted of two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography and now faces a 20-year fine and up to $250,000 each.
